absolute encoders. The inverter technology allows for an energy saving of 30% on an annual basis. The use of absolute encoders for positioning allows rapid retooling of the machine with automatic detection of the working quotas. The average time for replacing the tool is 20/25sec.

MODEL RISZ-I

Hydraulic system with inverter management system which reduces the size of the hydraulic unit by 50% and the energy consumption of the entire system. The broach follower section is electromechanical with independent movement and synchronism function. The management of the machine axes positions takes place by means of absolute encoders.

All machines can be complemented by a number of options such as:
